Now that you have written in the date, you can move down another couple of lines and begin to write your friendly letter. Now i will explain a little about how to begin your friendly letter regarding greetings and content, and how to end your friendly letter.

Normally you would begin with a greeting, something such as: Dear_______ . Once you have completed your greeting to your friend, miss another line and then get into what you want to write about in your friendly letter to your friend.

You may have some news or a happening to tell your friend about, or you may just be keeping them up to date with what is going on in or life with you and your family. Make sure that with each new piece of friendly information, or topic of conversation you choose to write about, you in fact create a new paragraph.

There is no end to what you can write about in a friendly letter. Always be pleasant and if you choose to, include some recent photos of you and your family for their reference and pleasure.

Once you have finished writing your friendly letter, miss a couple of lines and sign it off. You could use something such as: Love _____________, or From your friend ________. Once again, this really is a personal preference and choice, so is entirely up to as to how you want to write off your letter.

Don't forget to sign your name so the recipient knows who the friendly letter is from.

Now that your friendly letter is complete, fold it in half and place it in an envelope to be posted. Either place the stamps you have on the envelope or pay a visit to your local post shop and have them give you the required stamps for where you are intending on sending the friendly letter to.

This is all there is to learn about how to write a friendly letter. The rest comes from inside of you.
