How To Tell If You Are Pregnant

You may think you are pregnant, but want to know how to tell if you are pregnant for sure. I will give you a little information on a few theories that should be able to help you learn how to know if you are in fact pregnant or not.

Firstly, one very good sign of knowing about how to tell if you are pregnant is by following your menstrual cycle. If you know how regular you are and at what time of each month you should have your period, being able to tell whether you are pregnant or not should be relatively easy to accomplish. If you find that you miss your period and it just does not show up, you could very well be pregnant, however missing one period will not tell you for sure if you are pregnant or not. It is always best to wait another month at least for your period to return, and if it doesn't I would be safe to say this is a tell tale sign of you actually being pregnant. However, it is always best to schedule an appointment with your local doctor and have a pregnancy test performed. A pregnancy test will be able to tell and confirm if you are indeed pregnant or if there is some other reason for you missing your period. An alternative to this, is to go to our local pharmacy and purchase a home pregnancy test.

There are many signs to know about when you want to learn how to tell if you are pregnant. Some may seem irrelevant, yet can be underlying symptoms of being pregnant, and can tell you subconsciously that you are pregnant. How is this? you may ask.

If you feel you are having mood swings, or end up in tears for no apparent reason at any given time, completely unexpected, this could in fact tell you that you are in fact pregnant. There are a few other ways of knowing how to tell if you are pregnant. You might find that your breasts are starting to ache or feel heavier than normal, this is also a sign telling you that you may be pregnant.

You will learn how to tell if you are pregnant through what your body is in fact telling you. You basically just need to listen to your own body, it has ways of being able to tell you if you are pregnant or not. The body really is an amazing thing. You may find that you are beginning to feel nauseas in the morning or even in the evening. This could be your body telling you that you are pregnant. Learn how to ‘feel' and ‘listen' to your body. You may start vomiting and having a general feeling of un-wellness. You may also start to have to go to the toilet a lot more than normal. These are all ways that your body will try to tell you that you are pregnant.

Learn how to recognise what is abnormal for you. If you feel different, or notice little things such as the above, such as the toileting, or the feeling of wanting to be sick, low energy levels, or the obvious signs, such as: missing your period, then you could quite well be pregnant. I would suggest if you have any of these signs, then you schedule an appointment with your local doctor, as he or she really is the best person to let you know how to tell if you are pregnant.
