Reading palms is a little skill that some times all of us would love to have and be able to teach people how, to be able to know things about ourselves just by looking at our palms and reading all the little lines and bumps.

There are many books, videos and courses about reading palms, as it is also known as palmistry, so there is an unlimited source of information about reading palms.

Your palms are two different sides to your personality and future the right palm being the practical doing side and the left palm being the emotional side.
So every line on your palms mean something different on the other palm.
The most prominent lines on your palms are the lifeline, the headline and the heart line; we will read into these a little more.

The lifeline reads your vitality and how long your life will most probably be and is the most important line on your palms, it is located next to your thumb.
If you look at your thumb, there should be a line that runs from your wrist up in a curve towards your thumb.
If it runs close to the thumb it means you're usually a tired person and if it is a wide curving lifeline it means that you have a high energy and vitality.
However if it is quite a strong head line it reads that you are more physically active then mentally, if it is chained it means you quite delicate health wise however little lines rising means you are active and if there is lines that go outwards it means you have a love for travel.

The next line to read is the headline; when reading this it represents your beliefs, your philosophy and your attitude towards life and your mentality and intelligence.
This is located above your lifeline usually starting from the thumb side under the index finger and ending half way across your palms.
A short head line means you have a simple direct way of thinking, and if it is long means you are thorough and careful, a straight head line means that you are clear and concentrated while thinking however if it is curved it can mean that you are ready and open to think and play with new ideas, a sloping head line means you are very creative and a horizontal line means you are a practical thinker.
If the line is chained, has lines crossing over the line to make it look like a chain it means that you have a high strung attitude and if your line forks out it means you are open minded and can see different points of view.
If your headline is floating it means you have a very carefree attitude and if it starts under the index finger it means brilliance.

The next line after the headline to read is the heart line; when reading this on your palms it represents emotions and events that relate to love.
It is above the headline and begins usually under the index finer or middle finger and ends under the little finger.

If the line becomes steep and curves below the index and middle finger it means there is a strong sexual desire present, and when it ends under the index finger it suggests you are picky, if it ends under the middle finder it means there is a need for love.
Straight and short on your palms means there is no need for love however there is a prominent sex drive, and if there are lines that branch out of the heart line, there could be a number of sides to your emotional nature.
If there is a line touching the life line, while the heart line points downwards it means you can easily hurt in love, however on a lighter note if you have the same heart lines on your palms as your partner it can mean that you will have a successful marriage!!

Basically you can look at the lines then read the corresponding meaning in a book, e.g. is the line crooked, straight, curved, lines coming off it? Everything means something when your reading palms.
