Ever had a job that you just cannot stand? You don't know how to get out of it though? Well I can show you a few ways in learning how to quit your job?

Learning how to quit your job can be done in a various manner of ways. There is the right way and the wrong way. The right way will entitle you to holiday pay and what ever is owing to you for the weeks pay.

First of all when learning to quit your job, lets take a look at the right way. A lot of work places now days have contracts and all small print must be read carefully. The standard workplace contract usually has a clause in it saying that you must give at least 2-3 weeks written notice before quitting your job. Any money owed to you from holidays, and from that of the week that you leave must be paid to you. This is the right way to learn how quit your job, and there is nothing that a boss can do about this at all.



The second option that you have when learning how to quit your job, is the wrong way. But in a lot of cases where the boss is not been pleasant, people use these methods. The methods being:

1 Telling the boss to get stuffed and just walking out
2 Just not turning up to work anymore
3 Writing him a one hour letter of notice
4 Ringing him up and telling him you will no longer be coming in to work for him again.

In most circumstances when learning how to quit your job this way, it can be for various reasons, such as the boss is unpleasant, you don't get on with your workmates or the pay is an outcry, and you have had enough of it.

If you quit your job with either one of these ways, then this could forfeit any pay that is owed to you or any holiday pay.

The best way in learning how to quit your job in any circumstance at all, is to consult your lawyer and tell them the situation of why you want to quit your job. They will be able to put you on the right path when wanting to know how to quit your job.

But if you want to learn how to quit your job straight away, and you don't care what happens, because you may have another job or something else that you want to do other than work under conditions that are not suited to you, then by all means use one of the wrong ways to quit. I mean if it is going to make you happy and help you out in your lifestyle that you lead, then be my guest and choose one of those learning how to quit your job techniques.

But in saying that, the number one priority before quitting a job is to make sure that you have another one, especially if you need the income, like we all do to pay bills. Having another job to go to first will take a load off ones shoulders as well.
