Voodoo is not always a negative thing. If you learn how to make a voodoo doll you can use it to make positive things happen too. In fact that's what they were originally for! Voodoo practitioners would make a voodoo doll to heal people or play cupid. And remember, if you want to make a voodoo doll for bad things, karma will come back to you. What goes around comes around.
How to make a voodoo doll: to start:
Get two straight sticks: one three inches long, one seven inches long. Form a cross with the two sticks and bind them with yarn, fishing string, nylon thread, etc. Get some cotton strips and wrap them around the sticks to make a sort of poncho. Secure this with more yarn if need be. Make your cotton black if you are exacting revenge. Remember your head! This is important because you need to then stick a photo on it, or draw a face on there. You can also buy a voodoo doll of the internet or in stores. Don't forget you can paint your doll, make appropriate clothes and accessories for it as well. Consider handbags, moustaches, hair styles, etc. The more specific and detailed you make your voodoo doll the more likely it is to affect the person you wish it to.

Sticking a pin in your voodoo's heart will make someone fall in love... or have a heart attack. You have to be careful about the context. If you anoint the doll with essential oils and read an appropriate bible psalm once a day for a week, you will get the desired effect. Voodoo's have healing powers as well as evil powers and are said to heal critically ill people. This is only going to work however, if you mean to heal the person.

Many websites claim that voodoo dolls should never be used negatively. They are spirits captured inside a doll and should be treated with respect and care. When you wish to use voodoo you can stick pins in it etc. Or you can go for the more conventional respectful method: light a candle which is the same color as your doll. Write out your wish/hope/need/etc on a piece of paper and place it under the candle. Talk to your voodoo doll about this desire. When you are finished, burn the piece of paper with your candle and blow your candle out.
Be careful:
You can't just stab your voodoo doll with whatever or treat it badly. Keep it in a safe place (a mini bed?) and don't let it get damp and moldy. Once you are finished with your doll dispose of it carefully. You can't burn in unless you want the spirit it represents to burn to death! Think is through and be careful. And don't go flashing around that you are using a voodoo doll. Some people find it offensive. And it could turn messy if the person you were using it on found out you'd tried to make bad things happen to them!
