The first thing that we need to realize when learning how to lose love handles is that the diet is the main part of our training routine that we need to follow. We need to keep the carbohydrates which are our energy foods to a bare minimum as well as saturated fats which are the main cause of world wide obesity. We also need to eat about 2 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight and be sure to eat at least 5-6 small meals a day with at least 2 servings of vegetables included as well and be sure to drink at least 2 liters of water a day as well. Be sure that the meals have at least a serving of protein and a serving of carbohydrates in them too. If you aren't to sure of what carbohydrates or protein foods are then ask a health professional to point you into the right direction.
The next step to learning how to lose love handles is to have a proper exercise program and all you need to do is train aerobically for at least 20-30 minutes a day three times a week at a steady pace and after you have finished your aerobic workout when learning how to lose love handles, you can do some side crunches and crunches to help strengthen the abdominal muscles, you must realize that it is the aerobic exercise that is helping to lose the love handles and not the crunches. The crunches are there to strengthen define the abdominals and oblique muscles on ones body.
So remember that when wanting to lose love handles these are the two most important factors that have to taken into consideration and practice. Without the both of these to supplement each other there is no way that you will be able to lose those love handles.
