Well wouldn't that be good, learning how to last longer in bed. It would be good for yourself and I guarantee it would be good for your partner as well.

Well the simple lesson to lasting longer in bed is to take a look at your lifestyle. That is right, when learning how to last longer in bed the number one ingredient is to live a good healthy lifestyle. If you live a lazy lifestyle and don't really do much but sleep and eat, then obviously you aren't gong to last long in bed at all. But if you do have an active lifestyle and a healthy one at that, then the chances of you lasting longer in bed are far more likely.

First of all when learning how to last longer in bed we must lead a healthy lifestyle, and this has to do with exercise and diet too. The diet should be consistent through out the day of healthy foods, and they should be eaten in small doses with about 5-6 meals in one day every 2-3 hours. Also drink at least 2-3 liters of water a day as well. This cleans out the system of all those impurities. Beleive it or not, these two things will teach you how to last longer in bed and make lasting longer in bed a reality.

The next step in knowing how to last longer in bed, is to at least exercise regularly through the week. And when I say regularly, I mean at least 20 minutes of aerobic exercise for those three training sessions in the week. This will give you increased amounts of energy over a period of time and will give that extra energy in the bedroom. Therefore, exercise during the day will make you be able to last longer in bed at night.

When taking on exercise and eating properly, make sure that you exercise at the exact same time every week day. Make it a good routine that suits the life of you and your partner, this makes it easier on everyone.

Now that we have a decent diet plan to follow and a regular exercise routine, we will definitely have the energy to last longer in bed and this is what we want to achieve.

Here are some tips when in the bed when wanting it to last longer, especially if you are a guy.

If you think that you are going to orgasm or cum, think of something else completely different right at climax time, like your mothers old socks.

Experiment with different foreplay, like licking the toes or hands or even licking and nibbling at the ear.

Pull out of them if you are feeling that the time is coming for a release and just kiss them on the cheeks and lips without touching there private parts, because this may even set the off.

And finally a good way to last longer is to not even be touching each other and just talk to them in a sexy voice or about what you are going to do to them and drag the conversation out a bit too.
