First of all when learning how to hard boil an egg we must obtain the eggs first and to do this we will go to the supermarket.
Once we are down at the supermarket, we then decide what type of egg we want to hard boil. There are several different types of eggs in the supermarket and they come in the same shape, but in different sizes.
Once we have obtained the eggs that we want to use, we can then proceed to the next step in learning how to hard boil an egg.
The next step when learning how to hard boil an egg is to wash the outside of the eggs first and to do this we will put the egg in a sink full of cold water and gently rub the egg down with a cloth. The reason that we are wiping the eggs down is so that any dirt or germs is wiped off the egg.
Once the egg is clean we are almost ready to learn how to hard boil an egg, so we can then turn on an element on the stove. When learning how to hard boil an egg, we turn the element on the stove right up to the maximum heat. While this is heating the element on the stove up, we can then move to the next step when learning how to hard boil an egg and that is to get a pot and fill it up with water. Make sure that you fill it up with cold water. You need to have your eggs covered when you are learning how to hard boil an egg.
Now we can take the eggs that we want to hard boil and put them in the pot. Make sure that you put them in there carefully so that they don't crack. If there is any part of the egg sticking out of the top of the water, then add some more water into the pot until the eggs are fully covered.
Now all that we have to do when learning how to hard boil an egg is to take the pot and put it on the element.
Once the pot is on the element we can then wait for the water in the pot to boil and then turn the heat down to a medium temperature. We then check the pot again after 10 minutes and the eggs should be ready to take of the element on the stove.
We are now at the final stage of learning how to hard boil an egg and that is to put the pot with the eggs and hot water in it under the cold tap and to run the cold water through the eggs until the hot water is all run out and the pot is now filled with cold water.
Leave this to stand for about 5 minutes and then the eggs are ready to eat.
Well, that is how to hard boil an egg. These are pretty easy to follow instructions, so I would imagine that you shouldn't have any problems at all.
And make sure that you use the last step with the cold water, because even with the cold water cooling the eggs down at the end, they are actually still cooking.
