By Jason Taingahue Do you hate paying for your own hair to be cut? Do you want to learn how to cut your own hair? If you have just answered yes to both of these questions then read on and I will explain to you how you can cut your own hair and it won't cost you a cent.
The first thing that we need to do when learning how to cut your own hair is to get some hair clippers. Borrow some from your friends or family, somebody always has some. Be sure to give them a clean before you learn how to cut your own hair because you never know what was in the other person's hair.
Once you have cleaned the hair clippers we can then move onto the next part of learning how to cut your own hair and that is to get a chair and 2 big mirrors that will sit at head height in the front and at the back of the head. Once you have this we are now ready for you to learn how to cut your own hair.
For cutting the sides of your hair use the right hand for the right side and the left hand for the left side and use the left and right hands for the back halves of the head as well. For cutting the front of your hair and the top when learning how to your own hair, use the hand that you write with because this is the more stable hand for the main parts of your hair cut.
To cut your hair scissors using this set up, follow the same as using the clippers, except with the mirror be careful of how much hair you are grabbing off because you want to make sure that it is even all the way around the head if that is the required result. Just be sure to take your time when learning how to cut your own hair using any method, because if you cut a bald patch out of your hair because you have hurried it, it's very hard to put it back unless you glue it on there.
Another thing that you can do when learning how to cut your own hair is to get someone to stand beside you and guide you. They are only helping using verbal cues so that you don't do it wrong or don't make a mistake that may cost you all your hair to even it out.
Well I hope that this reading has given a you a little more insight into learning how to cut your own hair and remember that when you master learning how to cut your own hair, calculate how much money you would have saved if you were to get a hair dresser to do it, I bet that it is a lot if you calculate it over a year and I am sure that you could do better things with your money rather than spend it on haircuts all the time.
Anyway if you need a haircut right now then go to it and practice the method that I have taught to you and in no time you will be able to cut your own hair with a blind fold on, so get off your butt and start cutting.
