How To Cook A Pork Roast

By Jason Taingahue
When learning how to cook roast pork there are so many different ways to cook this Sunday night meal. And if you keep reading then I will show you the easiest and most conventional way to cook roast pork for the whole family. You can even teach this to your friends if you want to, or even your own children so that you can have a break from cooking for once.

First of all when learning how to cook roast pork, we must get one that is big enough to feed all the people that will be eating. So to get the roast pork that is big enough to feed everyone, ask at the local super market or butchery and the assistants should be professional enough to help you with your questions.

Once you have obtained the roast pork that we are going to cook, we can then proceed to the next step when learning how to cook roast pork and that is to turn the oven on to 150 degree's Celsius and turn it onto bake. This is to pre heat the oven.

Once we have done this, the next step to learning how to cook roast pork is to take the roast pork out of its packet and put it into a roasting dish that has some oil or dripping in it. And make sure there is enough to cover the whole dish.

Once it is in the dish we can then put the roast pork into the oven and if you want, you can add some vegetables into the roasting dish as well.

Keep an eye on the timing of the roast pork because when learning how to cook roast pork, we do not want to over cook it or under cook it.

To be able to learn how to cook roast pork and know weather it has been cooked perfectly we use what we call a skewer and every 10-15 minutes we turn the roast pork over and check to see if the pork is cook correctly. Turning it all the time also stops the roast pork from sticking to the roasting dish as well.

When you are up to this stage of learning how to cook roast pork, when you check the roast pork, you can then take the skewer which is made in such a way that you can poke it into the meat and see if it is ready or not. So poke the roast pork with the skewer when checking as well.

You will know when the roast pork is ready to take out of the oven, because when you poke it with the skewer in the thickest part of the meat, the liquid from the meat will run out clearly. If blood runs out then you need to cook it for a bit longer. Once you have the desired skewer result when checking the roast pork, you can then take it out of the oven and let it sit for 10 minutes.

After that part of learning how to cook roast pork, you can then serve it up and enjoy.

Well I hope that this easy method of learning how to cook roast pork serves you well and don't forget the final part on learning how to cook roast pork, send me an invite.
