If the suede garment is really seriously damaged, I suggest you do not in any way try to learn how to clean it yourself. You may very well end up damaging it further, beyond repair, something that may be irreplaceable. Now I am sure you do not want this to happen.
In this circumstance, I suggest you then take your suede garment to a professional who knows more about how to clean suede garments, especially stubborn stains and possible high water marks. These people will be able to advise you further if in fact they cannot possibly clean the suede for you.
