To catch a cheating spouse is probably one of the most hurtful things that any one man or woman could encounter in there life. The truth be known, one has too know whether or not the rumours or strange feelings one may encounter are true or not in order too proceed further on in life.
First of all, if you are suspicious of your partner cheating on you, then act on your instinct. Instinct is one of the strongest emotions that a human being has. The weakest part of our instincts and the mind is being forced too go into disbelief, trying to over-ride the fact that this may be true with all sorts of typical excuses, veering you away from the problem at hand.
Knowing how to catch a cheating spouse is like being your own private detective. Taking a note of things, like what time the person comes home from work and what types of excuses are made, should be jotted down on a piece of paper.
Also another way of telling whether they were working or not is too discreetly smell them. Do they smell of beer or alcohol when they are supposed to be working late? Do they smell of other women/mens after shave/perfume? If so, these need too be jotted down as well. If they go straight too the shower when they come home then note this down too, because they may be wanting too clean off the smell of another person before they get close too you.

Also check to see if there are any recent calls that have been made and jot these down too.

I believe that the second to last thing one can do, when catching a cheating spouse, is to follow them in the car or by foot and note where they are going.
