How To Build A Fire Pit

The first thing that we need to do when learning how to build a fire pit is to find a suitable area for the pit and that would be an area that is away from anything that is flammable and also you may have to check with your local fire inspector to see what the fire regulations are in your town.
The next step to learning how to build a fire pit is to dig a whole that is deep enough to make a base out of and this will depend on how big the stones or firebricks are. I would now need a base at the bottom of the fire pit and I will use limestone for this. The limestone acts as a base and also acts as a level for the bricks that will be placed on the lime stone as well.
Once the base is in the next step we need to take when learning how to build a fire pit is to place the bricks or rocks in the desired shape that you want the pit to be and there is special glue that you can actually use for certain types of brick that will stick the bricks or stone together so ask at your local hardware store about them. Tap every stone or brick lightly when you are placing them in and be sure to use a level to make sure they are in there nice and level and straight.
Once you have the base in when learning how to build a fire pit, keep building the bricks or stones or rocks up to the desired height that you want it to be and then leave it there to dry off.
At this stage of learning how to build a fire pit all that you have to do is wait for the fire pit to dry and then you will be able to use it. As you can see learning how to build a fire pit using this technique is pretty straight forward and doesn't require any special tools or equipment.
Just please remember that the most important part of learning how to build a fire pit is to get the permission from the appropriate authorities, especially if you are not in a rural area and live right in the city as they can sometimes have some very strict fire regulations.
